Description: On July 5th 2018 at approximately 0307 hours a deputy who was assigned to the Governor's Highway Safety DUI campaign aimed to remove impaired operators from the roadway arrested Benjamin S. Palmer, 42, of Brattleboro.
Palmer's vehicle was stopped on Marlboro Rd after the deputy observed several violations. After making contact with Palmer, standardized field sobriety tests were administered. At the conclusion of the tests Palmer was arrested for DUI (3rd offense). It was furthermore discovered that Palmer's license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont from a previous DUI.
Palmer was processed at the Brattleboro Police Department and released on citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
