Description: On the above date and time, Martha Munoz was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after the deputy observed the vehicle she was operating, traveling at 83 mph in the posted 50 mph speed zone on VT Route 103 in Rockingham. She was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. She was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
