Description: On November 22, 2023 at approximately 1056 hours, the Windham County Sheriff's Office was notified of an active domestic disturbance in progress with injuries on Broad Brook Rd in Vernon.

Deputies arrived on scene and identified both parties involved. Upon further investigation Jason Shepard was taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Restraint for his actions in the dispute.
