Charges: Animal Cruelty (Misdemeanor)
Description: On 10/11/2023 a dog was found abandoned, tied to a log by the West River embankment at the West River Park.
As a result of the investigation, the dog’s owner was identified as Kiara Mitchell of Guilford. Mitchell was arrested for the above offense and was release on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
