Description: On December 1, 2023, Deputies with the Windham County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported domestic assault at 886 Interstate 91 Access Road in the town of Westminster VT. During further investigation it was found that Richard F Tripaldi committed the above offenses and was subsequently arrested at his mother residence.
Richard was then transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office where he was processed then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility with a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
