Description: On 12/28/23 at approximately 1817 hours David K. Covey was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after his vehicle he was driving was observed traveling south on Route 30 by the Brattleboro Retreat Farm with a front head light out. During the stop it was discovered that David's privilege to drive in the state was suspended criminally. He was processed and released on a citation to appear into the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
