Description: On 04/30/2024 at approximately 1602 hours David A. Wiinikainen was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after his vehicle he was driving was observed traveling on Newton Rd Vernon VT. During the stop it was discovered that David's privilege to drive in the State was suspended criminally. He was brought back to the Windham County Sheriff's Office where he was processed and released on a citation to appear into the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
