Description: On 5/10/24, at approximately 1630 hours, Deputies with the Windham County Sheriff's Office located Jared E. Butler outside an address on Old Rt. 5 S. in Putney, VT. Butler had an active in state arrest warrant. He was arrested and transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
