Description: On 07/15/24 at approximately 1943 hours, a Youthful Offender was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after the vehicle they were operating was observed traveling 87 mph in the posted 50 mph speed zone on Rockingham Rd (VT Route 103) in Rockingham. The operator was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Family Division at a later date. They were also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
