Description: On August 10th, 2024, at approximately 2358 hours, a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle on US Rt. 5 in Westminster, VT for a moving violation. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael N. Spaulding, was found to be in possession of over 2.5 grams of cocaine. Spaulding was also found to be in violation of his court ordered conditions. He was arrested soon after, processed, and released on a criminal citation to appear at a later date. Officers from the Bellows Falls Police Department assisted during this investigation.
