Eluding Law Enforcement, DLS, False Information to a police officer

Charges: Eluding, Driving while Suspended - Criminally, False Information to a Police Officer

Description: On 9/9/2024 at approximately 1920 hours Brian Brownell was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after the vehicle she was operating was speeding. Brownell ran from the vehicle and falsified information to a law enforcement office. It was found that Brownell's license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended criminally as well. He was processed and and brought to Southern State Correctional Facility and given a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
