DUI Arrest-Westminster

Description: On October 27th, 2024, at approximately 0045 hours, a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office observed a vehicle traveling north on US Rt 5 in the Town of Westminster. The deputy observed multiple instances of erratic driving, and after doing so the deputy stopped the vehicle on US Rt 5 south of Coolidge St. The operator, Morgan P. Wright, of Bellows Falls showed clues of alcohol impairment. Given the totality of the circumstances, Wright was arrested for DUI.

Wright was processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department and released on a criminal citation to a sober adult. Officers with the Bellows Falls Police Department assisted in this investigation.
