Criminal DLS/Warrant- Dummerston

Date: 12/20/24 and 12/26/2024
Location: East-West Road, Dummerston
Investigating Deputy: Deputy Thomas Raymond

Accused: Sonja Girs
Age: 38
City & State of Residence: Newfane Vermont

Charges:

1) Criminal DLS
2) Arrest on Instate Warrant

Description: On the aforementioned date and time a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle in the town of Dummerston after observing multiple traffic violations.

Subsequent investigation revealed the operator's license was criminally suspended and had an active Instate Arrest Warrant. Girs was Arrested and transported to the Windham Criminal Court to appear for her warrant. Girs was additionally issued a Criminal Citation and ordered to appear at a later date for Criminal DLS.
