Description: On March 21st, 2025 at approximately 00:02 hours, deputies with the Windham County Sheriff's Office made contact with Ross Martin age 59 at the Exit 4 Sunoco for operating on a public highway with a suspended license. The Bellows Falls Police Department then asked deputies to take Martin into custody for an unrelated charge.

Deputies searched Martin incident to arrest and located drug Paraphernalia on his person. Martin's vehicle was then seized pending the application for a search warrant. On March 23rd, 2025 the honorable court granted a search warrant for Martin's Toyota Camry.

On March 24th, 2025, deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and located a felony amount of suspected crack cocaine within the vehicle. On March 26th, 2025 Martin came to the Sheriff's Office and was taken into custody. Martin was then processed and issued a citation to appear before the Superior Court of Vermont-Criminal Division-Windham Unit at a later date.
