Description: On March 28th, 2025 a deputy conducted a traffic stop on Newton Road in the Town of Vernon. The operator was identified as Courtney Stone age 37 of Brattleboro, Vermont. The Deputy learned Stone's privilege to operate in the State of Vermont is criminally suspended and she was subsequently placed under arrest. It was also learned that Stone violated her court ordered conditions of release.
Stone was transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office were she was processed and released on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
