Description:On 04/03/2025 at approximately 1621 hours, Ruaidrhi Carroll was arrested by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after the vehicle he was operating was observed traveling at a high rate of speed with reckless operation on Dover Road in South Newfane. Ruaidrhi was transported back to the Windham County Sheriff's Office where he was processed and released with a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for driving with a civilly suspended license.
