Charges:
1) Driving under the influence
Description: On April 5th, 2025 at approximately 01:16 hours a deputy working on a Governor Highway Safety DUI Safety grant pulled over a Red Chevrolet Vault after observing a motor vehicle violation on I-91 southbound near exit 3.
Signs of possible impairment were observed and the operator identified as Gwendolyn Howe age 22 of Massachusetts was requested to perform the standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of testing Howe was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
Howe was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and at the conclusion of processing was released on a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
