Description: On 04/06/25 at approximately 1822 hours, David S. Fowler was arrested after the vehicle he was operating was observed to be traveling 111 mph in the posted 65 mph speed zone on I 91 near mile marker 23.8 north. David was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
