1) Driving under the Influence first offense
Description: On April 18th, 2025 at approximately 2303 hours a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Canal Street for an expired registration. The operator identified as Connor Moriarty was subsequently placed under arrest for driving under the influence and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing.
At the conclusion of processing Moriarty was issued a criminal citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
