Description: On the aforementioned date and time a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop in the Town of Vernon after observing a motor vehicle violation.
Subsequent investigation revealed the operator identified as Timothy Ellis of Vernon, Vermont was operating with a criminally suspended license. Ellis was placed under arrest and transported to the Sheriff's Office for processing before being released on a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court - Criminal Division at a later date.
