Charges: Lewd and Lascivious Conduct-with a child;
Arrest on warrant.
Description: On September 26th, 2025, the Windham County Sheriff's Office received a complaint from a family regarding lewd conduct with an adult male and a child. As a result of an investigation, Llewelyn Lewis, was charged with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct-with a child. Lewis was also found to have an active arrest warrant for unrelated charges. Lewis was arrested by a Detective with the Windham County Sheriff's Office and ordered held on $10,000 cash or surety bond with conditions by a Judge. Lewis was issued a criminal citation to appear at a later date and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility.
