Description: On October 8th, 2025 at approximately 09:25 hours, a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office arrested Stephen Mecheski of Putney, Vermont after observing him drive a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license. Mecheski was transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office to be processed. At the conclusion of processing Mecheski was released with a criminal citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court at a later date.
