Driving Under the Influence Arrest - Westminster

1) Driving under the influence second offense
Description: On October 11th, 2025 at approximately 0119 hours a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 123 in Westminster, Vermont.
While speaking with the vehicles operator identified as Jan Stanbury, deputies observed several indications of impairment. Stanbury was subsequently screened and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Stanbury was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. After processing Stanbury was released on a citation to appear to the Vermont Superior Court - Criminal Division - Windham Unit at a later date.
