Description: On 12/20/25 at approximately 1530 hours, Walker H. Wilbur was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was observed to be traveling 110 mph in the posted 65 mph zone. Walker was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued traffic tickets for the civil speeding violation and for operating without a valid operator's license as his privilege to operate in NH was under suspension.
