Description: Richard A. Winslow was stopped for a motor vehicle offense in Newfane earlier in the year. During the stop was found to be under criminal suspension since the 1978. After further investigation, Winslow was issued a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
