Description: On 12/30/25 at approximately 1300 hours, Leviticus S. Bainbridge was stopped after the vehicle he was operating was observed traveling 85 mph in the posted 50 mph speed zone on Rockingham Rd in Rockingham. Leviticus was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
