Description: On 01/16/26 at approximately 1927 hours, Sara S. Kim was stopped after the vehicle she was operating was observed traveling 89 mph in a posted 50 mph speed zone on Route 30 in Dummerston VT. Kim was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. She was also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
