DUI Arrest-Rockingham

Description: On May 15th, 2026, at approximately 8:30 pm, a Deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office observed two vehicles traveling at very high rates of speed north bound on Rt. 103 in the Town of Rockingham. Both were side by side, with one of the vehicles in the breakdown lane and the other in the travel lane.

The Deputy stopped the vehicle speeding in the breakdown lane. Clues of alcohol impairment were observed from the operator, Murphy Senecal. Subsequent DUI investigation revealed that Senecal was impaired by alcohol rendering him unsafe to operate a motor vehicle. Senecal was arrested and processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department where he was issued a criminal citation and released to a sober adult.
