Description: On the above date and time, a vehicle being operated by Ian A Young was stopped after he was observed to be traveling 62 mph in a legally posted 30 mph speed zone. Young was released from the scene with a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date. He was also issued a traffic ticket for a civil speeding violation.
