DUI Drug Arrest - Westminster

Accused: Robert F. Randall

Charges:
1) DUI Drug
2) Possession of Methamphetamine
3) Possession of Fentanyl
Description: On May 28th, 2026 deputies with the Windham County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the Parking lot of the Fit Body Boot Camp in Westminster, Vermont reportedly for a male passed out behind the wheel.
While deputies were enroute they were updated that the male had since woken up and drove from the property. Members of the Bellows Falls Police Department located the vehicle on Cemetery Road and shortly after made contact with the operator.
Deputies arrived soon after and identified the operator as Robert F. Randall. While speaking with Randall deputies noticed signs of drug impairment and requested Randall submit to Standardized Field Sobriety exercises. At the conclusion of these tests Randall was placed under arrest and during a search of his person deputies located suspected methamphetamine.
Deputies also conducted a consent search of his motor vehicle where several glassine bags of suspected Fentanyl were located.
Randall was transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office and processed. Randall was then released to a sober adult.
