Description: On 07/13/26 at approximately 1530 hours a juvenile was stopped by the Windham County Sheriff's Office after the vehicle they were operating was observed to be traveling 70 mph in the legally posted 40 mph speed zone on VT Route 9 in Marlboro. The juvenile was released from the scene on a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court, Family Division at a later date. They were also issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.
