Description: On July 21, 2026, 1859 hours a Deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office located Crystal M. Barber at a residence 62 Vernon Estates in Vernon Vt. Barber had an active warrant for failure to appear to court on July 20,2026. Barber was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility. Barber was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
