Turco was processed at the Windham County Sheriff's Office and held at Southern State Correctional Facility until sober. Turco was also issued a criminal citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on February 17th, 2026 at 1230.

Description: On February 11th, 2026 at approximately 1500 hours a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Route 142 and Bemis Road for a reported two car motor vehicle crash. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of vehicle #2 was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. The operator later identified as Tyson Hazelton of Vernon, Vermont was placed under arrest and transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office for processing. Hazelton was then released on a citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
