Turco was processed at the Windham County Sheriff's Office and held at Southern State Correctional Facility until sober. Turco was also issued a criminal citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on February 17th, 2026 at 1230.

Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of vehicle #2 was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. The operator later identified as Tyson Hazelton of Vernon, Vermont was placed under arrest and transported to the Windham County Sheriff's Office for processing. Hazelton was then released on a citation to appear before the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
